You can contact the Dutch Central Authority and submit a request for international access to establish an international parental access arrangement with your child. You must fill in the application form if you want to submit a request. This form can be downloaded.

The central authorities are obliged to cooperate and to ensure that access rights are carried out in the correct manner. They can initiate legal proceedings to assess, arrange or protect international parental access rights.
